On 03.11.2023 /Friday/ the General Meeting of the Association of Medical Students in Bulgaria-Varna will be held at 17:30 in the First Auditorium of the Medical University “Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov” – the city of Varna, on the initiative of the Management Board of ASMB-Varna.
The meeting will take place with the following agenda:
- Quorum check;
- Adoption of the agenda;
- Election of the chairman of the General Assembly;
- Election of minutes of the General Assembly;
- Election of an election committee of the General Assembly of three people;
- Acceptance of the chairman’s report on the activities of ASMB-Varna for the term 2022/2023.
- Voting for dismissal of members of the Management Board of ASMB-Varna for the term 2022/2023;
- Voting on proposals to change the ASMB-Varna statute;
- Election of a new Management Board of ASMB-Varna for the term 2023-2024;
- Others.

Proposals for changes in the statutes of ASMB-Varna are accepted in a text document sent to the official mail of the Association: amsb.varna@gmail.com
The proposal must contain:
- copied the old text of the statute that you wish to change. (the statute can be found HERE)
- the change you are proposing written clearly and unambiguously
- arguments.
Candidates for the listed positions must meet the criteria described in the statutes of ASMB-Varna for the respective positions, and must send a CV, a motivation letter with a detailed work plan and a photo to the following email address: amsb.varna@gmail.com
